Service Description

Receive the benefits of reiki, holotropic breathwork, and hands-on bodywork for an experience that will shift your body, mind and spirit - truly. If you are feeling depleted and sore, make your way to the Bodywork Studio, be cared for, learn new techniques, and emerge physically and energetically refreshed and ready with skills to boot. This is a wonderful offering where you get to lay down your physical and emotional burdens, and I will intuitively and skillfully work with you and your body to release anxiety, get to the stuck parts of the body, and offer you techniques to keep it going.
