About the Event

Winter is coming to a close, and we are going to celebrate by planting intentions for the spring. Deepen your practice over 2.5 hours of breath, movement and reflection. This is both a workshop and a class simultaneously - get ready to emerge like the lion of famed spring! Also, it's a new moon, and that makes it all the more potent of a time to gather.
