Cultivate your understanding of how you breathe, and how to optimize it with pranayama, the great science of breath.
Learn about the anatomy of the breath both physical and energetic, and experience the impact on your asana practice. In this series, you will learn and practice pranayama techniques to clear tension, cultivate vitality and recharge both body and mind. We will meet twice a week for 3 weeks to embody an integration of pranayama into your yoga practice. There will be ample time for experiential practice & after-class q&a.
We will meet online Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:45-9AM. Limited to 15 participants.
