Power Flow & Reiki | June 8 - July 1

This month, we focus on a vigorous and uplifting flow while exploring the philosophy and self-healing practices that can be experienced through reiki. This is a special hybrid class series that will inspire you to move in your body, and become aware of the more subtle aspects of this practice. By inviting in the universal life flow of reiki, you'll receive a practice and concepts that will only support your strength, awareness, and well being.

Limit of 15 participants. This is a space for women and female-identified practitioners.
