About the Event
There is something to be said about doing a repetitive task that brings the mind to a state of Zen. This month our flow will be a combination of a repetivie flows that will open up the body in a balanced way and allow the mind to take a back seat. This practice will take the mind out of a thoughtful or emotional state allowing a connection to all that is in the present moment to take forward into the busy summer months.
