About the Event
This is a special series for men only.
We'll start with assessing your stance, your function, and build vitality through simple yoga postures that you can adopt easily and embody quickly. You'll gain flexibility, some grace, and more confidence to move and, well, groove. This is a special course that I've been designing for years, and I'm so looking forward to sharing it with men of all shapes, sizes, and generations. Athletes and non-athletes alike are welcome.
It's not what your body looks like, it's how it feels. You will get skills to open access for a long and healthy, balanced life. Over this 4 week series, you will understand your physical structure in alignment with the subtle body strength through refined alignment.
The class is limited to 12, so you'll get special attention that you deserve to guide you through the doors to a new or returned yoga practice. Give me your tight hamstrings, your slouch, and your belly, and we'll raise the roof with strength through breath and movement that can add years to your life.
