About the Event

Let's gather for an exploration of yoga anatomy- from neck to shoulders to your back thru to your feet and we'll meet in the middle. Your asana practice will become far more easeful and you will be better connected to your body from a physical and energetic perspective.

These key zones of our bodies are often injured and we tend to drop out of our practice for a while. Protect yourself from injury while you learn exactly what is happening in that incredible body of yours. We will break down poses into components and experience a rigorous and powerful flow while embodying the most ideal way to activate our neck, shoulders, spine, feet and pelvis- from the what (anatomy), to the how, and of course, the why.

Best part... you'll learn how to feel better in your practice.
