About the Event

Metta is a practice of loving kindness. In this Deeper Learning series, we will learn & embody this practice, we have the opportunity to transform our perception and offer the deep and often difficult, but ultimately rewarding practice of loving kindness to all beings. Not an easy task, we will be supported in a tight-knit group to explore the edges of where we might not have access to this practice, and invite it into not only our bodies and minds, but extend it out as a powerful force for good in the world. Meeting Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:45-9AM, limit of 15 participants.
